Located on north Clearwater Beach, this fabulous 3/2 beach cottage has new wood floors, crown molding throughout, French doors, a bright and airy kitchen with stainless appliances, new windows, roof, patio, air conditioning, and marble floors. Bike or walk to the beach, restaurants and beachside town. North Clearwater Beach is a beautiful neighborhood with multiple public beach access points. This home is just a short walk to beach and Gulf of Mexico. Dogs are allowed on north beach, never crowded and beautiful clear water. Its an easy walk or quick bike ride into town as well.. for restaurants, shopping and entertainment for families of all ages.

Clearwater Beach House
Perfect roomy beach house for grown kids and grand kids. Plenty of sleeping accommodations too. Only 5 blocks to white sandy beach. 20 minute walk to beach shops and restaurants. Nice neighbors as well! All the necessary water toys in shed aa well!! Host was very accommodating for any questions or issues. Would stay again.

We visited Clearwater Beach several times with friends and family and fell in love with it. We love that North Beach is quiet and residential. If you want tourism or a night out it is a short bike or car ride to South Beach. Perfect combination of both options; quiet day/night or out and about!

Why they chose this property

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The open floor layout and private master was ideal. Upgraded hardware and fixtures was a plus.
