This apartment at Residence at City Way Apartments presents a well-equipped living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient island with barstools, in-unit washer and dryer, and an open living area featuring a Roku TV and lightning-fast WiFi. It boasts two comfortable workspaces, two master suites with smart TVs, a second full bath with a walk-in shower, and the flexibility of a couch with either a floor or air mattress for additional guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The added bonus is the inclusion of a complimentary parking pass for the attached garage, saving you from costly parking fees. Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.

I was nice and convenient being in the downtown area! Shower curtain liner in one of the bathrooms needed to be washed. Check in was a bit confusing with the Key Cafe but we figured it out eventually. Otherwise it was all in all a nice stay for our Grandsons Graduation!

Great location and very clean
Second time staying in this building and will rent again. Location is convenient to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil and pretty much all of downtown. Check in process very convenient. There is a CVS across the street, as is The Alexander Hotel, with restaurant/bar options accordingly. There is also an Agave & Rye Restaurant/Bar across the street.

Great Apartment
The apartment was great. It was quite and in a great location downtown. Great food in walking distance. If you are wanting to be in downtown Indianapolis with your own space, I would highly recommend.

Nice location; confusing check in
Could be a really nice place- but light bulbs out; ac filter needed to be replaced; light in bathroom didn’t work; drain in tub clogged; would be nice if they had basic cable. Trees need to be trimmed outside, no view. Suitcase stands in bedrooms would also be nice. Hopefully this is taken constructively- to improve for the future.
