Cottage ideally located for many visits : Vulcania, the Puy de Dôme, walks, visit of Clermont-Ferrand… In an independent house in the heart of thr halmet of Chabatteix, the cottage is composed at the ground floor of a living room-kitchen totally open renovated in 2020, of a bathroom and independent WC. Upstairs, two spacious rooms, one with a 140 bed and the other one with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. For your comfort, the heater is included. You will enjoy a beautiful green outdoor space around 300 m², with living room-kitchen and barbecue. Private parking in front of the cottage. Shops and services at Herment 4,7km and Gelles 10km.
