You will love the expansive and breath taking Ocean View. Alihi Lani is a private boutique condo community. The home is ground floor, and a corner unit. This spacious condo with two master suites and endless ocean views will exceed your Kauai Dreams. A brand new King size Serta-Perfect Sleeper Mattress was installed 7/1/2023! Two private lanais to relax outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need. There is plenty of beach gear for your Kauai outdoor adventures. Meticulously manicured landscaping and tropical flowers abound. For additional sleeping there is a queen sofa bed and a pack-n-play for baby or toddlers are available on a first come, first serve basis upon request. Wind down while you BBQ dinner by the pool. You will be completely relaxed spending the evenings overlooking the turquoise ocean. Outdoor dining from your Ocean View Lanai, or the spacious pool side dining tables.
Both bathrooms were beautifully renovated in 2023. New photos coming soon!

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo
We loved our stay in Alihi Lani #1. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with the dishes required to make family meals. The view was outstanding such y the that we did not go out for dinner much as we had the best view from our condo - whale watching and beautiful sunsets.

Great ocean view!
Alihi Lani #1 The lanai was spacious and the unit contained tasteful furnishings and all the decor made it feel more like a home then a rental. We appreciated the extras like the binoculars and beach equipment. We had to deal with several different people from jade rental management so communication was sometimes a challenge also VRBO site often had a pop up saying “oops try again” when I tried to reply to the agency on several attempts. Also we had no cellular data (from Canada) so we had to only depend on the internet. There were minor issues with the unit which were dealt with in a timely fashion. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the filtered water from the fridge and also the ice maker. The location was great and the ocean view was spectacular, we usually don’t splurge for that, but it was a special occasion. The lower unit was great for access to the pool and BQ, but could hear movement in the upper unit. Beds were fine, mattresses were more on the soft side so it really depends on individual preferences. All in all very comfortable!

Great location, close to ocean, shopping. Nice updated units, smaller building (good) with convenient pool in attractive grounds, good parking. Had a bit of a frustrating first few days with smelly septic which was ultimately fixed.

Love love love!
We had the best time at this beautiful condo! Fantastic location and very clean, comfortable and well equipped! The front deck is amazing to watch sunsets and enjoy meals together! We had a couple of small requests while we were there and Blue Jade was very responsive. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Superb location, views, and property
Superior experience at this rental property. The building and unit is top-notch maintained, and the most comfortable and functional experience we have had with a vacation rental. You will find thoughtful touches and all of the gear you need to not skip a beat with your vacation. Thankyou to the hostess for keeping in close contact should anything be needed and the local information provided was fantastic. I cant say enough about this property and its fabulous location. The ocean is just across a quiet street with a rocky beach where you can turtle-watch and meet many folks walking by enjoying the landscape. Also within walking distance to a plethora of boutique shops including coffee/breakfast. Groceries are also a short 3min drive. We may have to come back to Poipu specifically because of our easy and enjoyable stay. Thankyou Cynthia for creating such an experience.
