The full kitchen has clean appliances, gadgets, and plenty of space. Let the kids fish lakeside or book a lesson and have them learn how to waterski or wake surf.

We have free WiFi to stream your favorite music or games to your device or work while on overlooking the water.

Lighthouse Country Club is only one mile east with beautiful fairways to enjoy. You'll love checking out local restaurants like Wake Point Marine on the Lake , Boat Town on the Lake , both with music and food. HEB is 5 miles away.

Longhorn Cavern State Park is just 11 miles east with natural rock formations, caves, and plenty of outdoor adventure. This home is located just three miles from Kingsland, perfect for anyone who wants to feel connected to the water during their stay. If guests want to visit towns based in the hill country, this home is centrally located. Check out some awesome local restaurants like Jalisco's Authentic Tex-Mex, just two miles away. Take the family six-and-a-half miles north to visit Wake point, where you can have lunch and listen to music. Our stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of perfection! The location couldn't have been better; nestled in a serene spot with direct lake access, it truly felt like a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. One of the highlights was the fantastic swing off the dock, which provided endless hours of fun and laughter for everyone. The availability of inner tubes and floating chairs added an extra layer of enjoyment to our lake experience. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals throughout our stay. It was evident that the hosts had thought of everything, from plenty of towels to essential toiletries like soaps and even a hairdryer. Additionally, the game room with the ping pong table was a hit with both kids and adults alike, providing entertainment for all ages. Overall, our time here was simply idyllic, and we are already dreaming of the day we can return. A huge thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful retreat - we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Fabulous Stay AGAIN!!!
I have said it once and I will say it again. This house looks exactly like the pictures .. I will always have the memory of teaching my son how to fish here and that's because we love this place. I hope to be back next year and continue the tradition... Thank yall again .

PERFECT
The hosts were accommodating, helpful, and great to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice! The house had EVERYTHING we needed for the best Thanksgiving with our family of 5. There was so much to do my 3 boys never got bored. The house was very comfortable and clean too!

PERFECT PLACE FOR A RELAXING VACATION!!!
We have rented a lot of vacation homes and we would say this is the best one we have rented. First of all the owners are wonderful and very responsive. The home and property are beautiful! The dock and little beach are perfect for relaxing with your family. Everything was easy and relaxing. We will be renting this wonderful place again!

Family friendly fun
This is my first time staying in Kingsland. I was impressed with the town and lake. The house was close to Heb and other stops. My sister and law and I went with a small dog and 3 kids (15,12,9). We never left the property there was so much to do. The house was the perfect size, the neighborhood quiet and neighbors were friendly. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards, dock swing, tubes and playing ping pong. Owner was responsive and available. We had a few frivolous texts and he answered them. We brought charcoal but ended up using the gas grill. It was our first time which ended up being necessary with the wind. It cooked fast and the food tasted great, by the way. Every summer we take the kids to Port A and they voted to come back here instead. Thank you for sharing your home with home us.
