Completely renovated in 2019, this apartment is ideally located in a quiet and unoccupied street of the center of Biarritz, with all the amenities of the hyper center and the Grande Plage in the immediate vicinity.
It offers great comfort, with a very complete equipment, and is very bright thanks to its West exposure and its openings in each room.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a small building of 4 floors, with elevator.

On a surface of 74 m², it consists of:
- A large living room illuminated by 3 large windows, with lounge area, dining table (6 seats), television
- opening onto an open kitchen (possible to close thanks to 2 large sliding doors), with central island, fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc...)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 cm
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink (as well as washing machine and clothes rack)
- Separate WC

Final claening is mandatory and has to be paid at the check-in (60 €).
All linen (sheets and towels, bath mats, tea towels) is provided.
During periods when heating is required (from 15/10 to 15/04), the rental price includes 250 KWatt of electricity consumption for one week. Beyond this amount, calculated for comfortable heating, a charge of €0.22 per KWatt will be required.
A parking subscription, located less than 5 minutes walk away (Parking médiathèque), is included in the rental.

The windows are double glazed and have shutter closures.
There are two small balconies, one of which is accessible by the living room and the other by a bedroom.
The bedding is new and quality, and the 2 bedrooms are equipped with large closets/ wardrobes with mirror.
The apartment has a High Speed Internet subscription SFR + WIFI and a TV with a bouquet of SFR TV channels.
Radiant type electric radiators. Smoke detectors.

You will also find on site: adapter, iron, vacuum cleaner, brooms, hair dryer and parasol.
On arrival, you will find essential products (hygiene and food).

Special clause - Winter electricity (from 1 November to 15 April): 250 KWh is included in the price. More than €0.20/ KWh will be charged. A meter reading will be made at the entrance and at the exit.
