About this property

Villa near the sea with swimming pool, air conditioning and wifi.

Pretty house 10 minutes walk from Riells with its large beach, shops, restaurants and view of the bay of Rosas.

Casa Mallols is composed on the ground floor of a living-dining room with TV and free and unlimited WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with WC.

Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub.

On the front, a large terrace and a patio allow you to enjoy nature.
At the back another terrace with barbecue.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in case of any problem.

Séjour sympa
La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. La piscine (située à 20 mètres de la maison) est propre aussi. La plage principale est à environ 10 min à pied. Le quartier est calme et il est aisé de trouver une place. Seul bémol, la literie de la chambre a 2 lits simples qui devrait être changée.
