Come and discover this charming house located between land and sea, entirely renovated in 2023. You will enjoy modern comfort in the charm of the old.

As you enter the house, you will enter directly into a large living room composed of a lounge, a living room and a nice fully equipped kitchen open on the living room. You will also discover a charming master suite equipped with a 160x200 bed and its bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet and the second bathroom of the house equipped with a bathtub.
From the living room you have direct access to a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
From the kitchen, you have access to the laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds (80x200) and can also be used as a double bed (160x200). The second bedroom is also equipped with 2 twin beds but this time in 90x200 allowing to make a 180x200 bed. The third and last bedroom is equipped with a single bed (80x190) and a desk to work from home.

The house is located on a large plot of 1000m² fully fenced, so children can play safely while parents enjoy the large terrace.

The house is located in the quiet countryside. The nearest beaches are about 3 km away, allowing you to go there by bike.

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made from 100% local products, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque harbour of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the navy museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
