Home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an office, and a huge game room upstairs. Kitchen is very spacious with dual sinks, double oven, island, and two dining areas. Living room features a wood burning fireplace and tons of room for a big family and recreation for kids and adults playing Sand volleyball, Basket ball & kids park, outside grill & kitchen.

Spacious and Peaceful
We enjoyed our stay at the "Snow Drop Ranch." When we first walked in, we were in love. The home was spacious and beautiful. We spent most of our time in the vast kitchen, preparing excellent meals. Thank you for this jewel. Everyone that visited us was amazed at the property. It accommodated our group well. We will be back soon.

If you don’t mind filth, no heat, poor maintenance than this one is for you.
College Frat house should be the brake of this listing. It all began at check in. We had to call after 4:00 to get the entrance code. We got no instructions for the house whatsoever except no loud partying. The fountain is broken, the yard is a mess, there were dying floral arrangements on the kitchen counters from the previous guests. Broken toys around the yard, trash, cinder blocks holding down the basketball hoop, (so safe) water damage everywhere,. The garage doors were painted shut and we had to wait for a Plummer and someone to open the garage until after 9:00 p.m. All water was Plummed backwards. I cleaned all afternoon and the place was still dirty. I took about 40 pictures of the main issues. Food in the fridge, dishes disgusting in the cabinets, spa was missing, cornhole broken in half, pool table had white something all over it, ping pong is barely holding on. The master bedroom is the only room in the entire house with furniture other than a bed. No closet poles, no nightstands or dressers. Be very careful in the room they call the movie room, the door locks are broken and you cannot get out from the inside if you shut the door. The projector and entertainments components were on the floor. So, be sure to bring something to put your belongings on as the carpet is very old and gross. The windows can barely be seems through they are so dirty. The cleaning crew says owners only pay to change the beds and do a light sweep and vacuum. They are NOT keeping the COVID protocols. The nights were down below freezing and we had no heat. This place was a no go and such an embarrassment to My husband and myself. I was given a 50% refund, but ONLY because the owner was forced to because he could not repair the heat in four hours. No care was taken fore the long list of reasons this property should not be allowed on VRBO. This was a horrible experience and I hope this review helps someone make a wiser decision than I.

Terrific
The location provided a sense of a getaway. Very spacious rooms. Very clean and neat. Very up to date with complete amenities. Will use again if opportunity presents itself.
