Newly updated, modern 4 bedroom, luxury villa with great furnishings.
Only 5 minutes walk to the beach on the Pacific side. Villa is located in a gated community of Pedregal where there is a 24 hrs security.

We have a property manager who looks after the place. He will be waiting with refreshments, chips and salsa to keep you going until dinner time. He will be only a phone call away.

You will find our villa fully equipped with all your kitchen needs. You will also find most of the spices, tea, coffee, sugar etc.

7 days rentals will get a free maid service on the 4th day.
Private chef is available upon request.

Price includes, one, airport pick up. He will stop at a grocery store of your choice as well. (Maximum 30 minutes).
Our guests will get 30% discounts for sunset, snorkeling and whale watching tours. Ask for discount code. (That is approximately $24 savings per person.)

Our villa is comfortable and has large patios on both floors. Balcony out of one of the bedrooms. There are private bathrooms for every bedroom. Fully equipped large kitchen, and comfortable furniture throughout the house. Beautiful ocean view from both levels. Large patios, a Jacuzzi and a fire pit. There are 2 pools on the property. The one in the back of the villa is great for water games like water polo and volleyball or just doing laps. It is easy to spot breaching whales in the ocean from the deck. Watch the lit up cruises go by at sunset. Relax and listen to the birds sing all day long.

There is a very good water filtration system. Ice from the fridge and water from the tab is safe to drink.

Quiet Pedregal is an upscale, guard gated community. It is located on a hillside area with sweeping views over the Marina and the ocean. A weekly farmers’ market sells fruit, pastries, and handmade crafts. It is walking distance to the bustling town of Cabo San Lucas which is home to some of the best sport fishing in the world! There are several world-class golf courses along the coast of Los Cabos. All have beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains. All tee-time reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to assure availability.

Cabo San Lucas is rated as one of Mexico's top 5 tourist destinations for its beaches, scuba diving, sea arch. Vacationers frequent its seafood eateries. Nearby Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach are popular for swimming and sunbathing, and tour groups on boats visit the iconic Arch rock formation.

Pedregal Property is as Advertised and We Would Stay Again
This property is in excellent condition and located in the gated and exclusive community of Pedregal. The owner clearly stays at the property as it is nicely outfitted with everything you could possible need. The property manager is quickly available should a need arise. Our family would happily stay here again.

My husband Amir and I are from Vancouver, BC Canada. We love to travel. We don't like the cold and winter conditions. We travelled a lot of destinations, but after we spend one winter here, we decided to make Cabo San Lucas our 2nd home.

Why they chose this property

Before we decided on this home, we lived in Cabo 3 winters. For 3 years we searched for a house to buy. The reason we decided on this house is the location and the view. It is only 508 steps to the Pedregal beach. At first I was not happy that the pool was in the back of the house. We decided to renovate the house and put another pool on living room level in the front. That took 8 months of construction and now we have 2 pools and a hot tub. One in the front and one in the back. Large kitchen with and island and lots of deck space you don't want to get indoors.

What makes this property unique
