Modern, comfortable, perfect location
This place was so expertly decorated and clean. We felt very pampered with the furnishings and the fire pit and the front porch! So many areas to hang out in. The showers felt like massage showers. The location was perfect to walk to the Main Street restaurants, shops, and museums. The host had music playing when we came in that just set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable, comfortable stay! The layout is perfect for two couples, each with our own room and bath. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We cooked some meals and found everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions or needs. We would certainly hope to be lucky enough to stay here again when in Fredericksburg!

Family Spring Break
We had a wonderful family vacation during Spring Break. The property was a perfect location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. A very nice and comfortable home away from home. Thank you for a great stay.

The property meant my expectations. Very cute cottage vibration. Cottage is 5 minutes walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg. We definitely will be back.

Beautiful/cozy and great location
This beautiful and cozy home was perfect for us to explore Fredericksburg. The location is convenient within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the wonderful fire pit in the backyard and comfortable beds. Super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
