Beautiful, newly remodeled, 2,000 sq. ft home with the Colorado River running through the backyard and only a short drive from Austin. Peaceful 1 acre property with beautiful river views from the house, private dock, stairs to river, lower patio with firepit and more. Perfect for outdoor activities - fish, swim or just relax. 2/2 home with private master bedroom with king bed and bathroom en suite, second bedroom with king bed and two sets of full size bunkbeds with shared bathroom.

Countryside oasis outside Austin
My husband and I stayed at this property with another couple. It's spacious inside and out. The outdoors are beautiful—green, lush, and with views + access to the river. And the bird life—including owls! We appreciated the hot tub, pool table, large back deck, cable TV, washer/dryer, comfy king beds, and stocked wood for a fire when the weather turned chilly. We didn't use the 4 kayaks and canoe but would have if the weather had cooperated. This property is about a half-hour drive from Austin and an hour from the distillery trail/wineries. It feels like an oasis once you make the drive. A note: bedroom 2 is closed off by curtains, not a solid door. This worked just fine for the 4 of us because we were all on the same schedule.

Guys Trip
We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was exactly as described and clean. We didn't get to the fishing but it looked like it would be a good spot. We definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool table. Definitely recommend.

very peaceful, relaxed, and amazing time! I would absolutely recommend this property.
We literally spent the entire time at this property. Great family memories were made at the river, pool table, hot tub, and spacious backyard. Outdoor dinners never got old and we made smores at the fire pit. There was lots of room for all 7 of us.
