We've been hosting for 8 years and really enjoy this business. It can be creative in the way we present a property and it's fun to try different ideas. It's a smaller version of the hospitality/hotel business so we get to keep our sanity. We're pretty easy going and just want our guests to have a good relaxing time. Plus, having our different properties is an enjoyable and flexible lifestyle that helps support our family. Luckily, most of our guests have been wonderful to deal with so it really is a pleasure having guest stays.

We were the first house in the neighborhood when it was being built 20 years ago. The location is great because it's so close to the airport, schools, and shopping.

I'm not sure the property is entirely unique, but it's a good solid house with updated appliances and mechanicals. And we keep it really clean.
