Escape to Seacrest Beach West to our newly constructed "Occasionally Luxe"! This beautiful new home features 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths with a fabulous outdoor spaces including a private pool that can be heated for a fee and a huge covered porch for the whole family to gather. The porch by the pool includes a gas grill and sink. 

Enter 'Occasionally Luxe' to quickly realize why this home is named such. The stunning interior decor is cozy and inviting but also has a luxe beach feel. The kitchen is well appointed with brand new appliances and a huge island, with seating for six. The kitchen is open to the dining table which seats eight comfortably. Enjoy the quartz counter-tops and custom shiplap walls, which give the home that true beach feel. The first floor has a master suite with a king size bed and en suite with a tiled walk in shower. There is an additional guest room on the first floor that has a queen size bed and en suite with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room is located on the first floor as well as a half bath for guest use. 

The second floor boasts another king guest room and en  suite with a tiled walk in shower. Down the hall is another guest room with two queen size beds and en suite with a tiled walk in shower. Last but not least is the bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, sleeping four total, with its own en suite featuring a shower/tub combo which is large enough to soak in! Additionally there is a kitchenette on the second floor which includes a table for four, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and sink.

On the back side of the house there is a second covered patio area with an outdoor sofa, chairs, and loungers. The perfect fenced in backyard to set up some yard games and have a family competition. Stairs up to the second floor complete this backyard. 

Enjoy being a short to the beautiful emerald waters and sugar white sandy beach! Also an easy 5-7 minute ride to the Hub, Alys Beach, Seagrove or Rosemary Beaches!  Come experience the 30A life and make memories to last a lifetime at 'Occasionally Luxe'!

3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
5) Golf Cart provided by 30A Golf Cart Rental - wavier must be signed.
