Apartment of approximately 48m2 with lift, located near the thalassotherapy center (600m), Goviro beach a stone's throw away and a few meters from the Quiberon golf practice, you will enjoy magnificent walks on the tip of Conguel, completely renovated and very bright. Reserved parking. A living-dining area, a 140 cm sofa bed. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed. An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. A bathroom shower and a toilet.You will enjoy a balcony of 6m2.

Propre et fonctionnel
L appartement est situé au premier etage d une résidence a deux etages. La circulation est un peu dérangeante. L appartement en soit est lumineux et les équipements sont nombreux. Machine a laver, lave vaisselle et la cuisine possède ce qu il faut. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.
