About this property

Welcome Home

Your home on the road for work or a place for you to call home while shopping for your permanent home in this beautiful state of Colorado and the fantastic city of Colorado Springs.

This is a no pet property.

Guests will sign a rental agreement /release form as part of the requirements to reserve the home.

This is a no pet, no wearing shoe in the house, no party/event, and no smoking ( of any kind including vaping) property.

The condo currently does not have washer/dryer in unit but it does have in-building laundry that is coin/card operated. So, there is no laundry capability in unit, please pack accordingly.

You have access to the space inside the unit except for the space that is labeled “off limit” and “host-only”.

**The wood burning fireplace is one of the off limit item that is not to be used at any time by any guest for any purpose.

The complex may have pool and hot tub but that is not part of the amenities for guests to use. Pool and hot tub are not listed as the amenities on the listing and neither of that is available for guests who stay at the condo.

***The condo currently does not have washer/dryer in unit but it does have in-building laundry that is coin/card operated.

Also, because it is a condo living style, the building will experience water shut offs from time to time for other residents to do repairs or for the building’s maintenance repairs. The host will do its best to inform the guests affected by any water shut off during their stays. If this is not an issue for you and you like my place, please proceed to reserving it.

No party, no shoe, no pet, and no smoking are hard rules. Violating any of these hard rules will forfeit your deposit and renders early departure.
Guests are 1. to take the trash out during and before check out and 2. to strip sheets off of beds and put them in respective bed.
You are required to sign a release form to reserve the home, all guests over 18 will need to provide IDs which will be checked at check in/via email

This is a very nice condo and the host is very helpful. The only things we will check on next time we book is the ease of access. We like to order doordash and ubereats which was kind of a pain as there was no way to buzz them in you had to go down the stairs and get your food. Also I'd request a set temperature for your arrival it was extremly hot the day we arrived and the condo was 78 and took all nigh to cool down. Also did not like the in person check in and check out.

Skyway stay
We had a wonderful trip to Colorado Springs! The condo was very close to everything we wanted to see. We were surprised that when we received the rental contract we would not be able to wear shoes in the condo (too late to change our booking at that point). We worked with the owner, Lihn, who allowed us to wear house shoes. We were her first booking and she was nervous she may have forgotten something. She asked for any suggestions to make our stay or that of future renters more comfortable. She took all of our suggestions seriously and and had some of the implemented the same day. Thank you for being a gracious host.
