This large home is minutes away from BYU, Center Street in Provo, and is close to the interstate. A public neighborhood pavilion and playground sit a stone throw away, convenient for family gatherings or play.

Close interstate access allows for quick commutes to most anywhere in Utah County, and close location to a couple different canyons makes it a perfect location for hikers of all skill levels to explore what Utah has to offer.

Bicentennial Park is located just down the road and includes a frisbee golf course, massive field, duck pond, and a charming boardwalk that wraps through a wetlands preserve. These are some of the charms that this area provides!

Beautiful home with plenty of room!
We were very pleased with our stay. We were a group of 8 adults in town for a wedding, and Emily’s home was the perfect home base for our long weekend. Everything was perfectly clean (and we are some fussy ladies 😉). We had a little snafu when we realized late in our first day that there were no washcloths or dish towels to be found, but Emily responded quickly and arranged for a Walmart delivery first thing in the morning. My only suggestion: Since the home can easily accommodate 8-12, it would be nice to have enough coffee cups, as well as a larger coffee pot. Not a big deal for us as some of us drove and brought along thermal cups … just a thought 😉. Highly recommend this property if you are going to be in the Provo area!

Very nice and comforable.
If the neighbors in back could not use their flood lights at 0200 it would be nice. The master is on the other side so unaffected.
