Vacation in the heart of Sunset Island at 6 Beach Walk, a spacious, five-bedroom townhome situated on a quiet, tree-lined street near the Sunset Island clubhouse, pool, corner store, and fountains. Well-equipped for big families or multiple families vacationing together, this property has comfortable sleeping space for 12 (with no one having to sleep on a sofabed!).

The open-concept kitchen features upscale appliances and an adjoining balcony that's great for entertaining or just relaxing together. The furnished front porches offer a peaceful spot to enjoy bay breezes and the quaint island atmosphere. There's complimentary WiFi for your convenience, as well as a two-car garage and a parking pad (for a total of three cars). Additional luxuries include four TVs, a DVD player, and an outdoor shower that's great after a long day spent on the beach.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the pools, clubhouse, and private bayfront beaches, this Sunset Island home offers access to an endless number of activities right within the community gates. The community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, three private beaches, a center, boat slips, a crabbing pier, the Island Cafe and Pool Bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain. Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Plenty of space. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies. Nice neighborhood. However they could use a upgrade on the mattresses. That's our only complaint. Would def stay again.

Great location
We had a great time at this rental! The location to the pool/bay and fountains was perfect. House was clean and everything worked. Our only complaint was the beds were uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Nice Place but Dirty
Upon arrival we noticed the house was very dirty. There were clumps of hair in the bathrooms and the kitchen hadn’t been swept. In this day and age cleanliness is paramount and we are happy that we brought our own Lysol and other cleaning products. Also, a few of us tried many times to have the WIFI password fixed as it was the incorrect one. We had a pretty tech savvy son in the group and he couldn’t get it to work. The people taking the phone calls said they could not reach the owners and they never called back all week. The dishwasher was sketchy and had to be run a few times because the soap door wouldn’t open during its normal cycle. The location and Sunset Island wee perfect for our group but we really would have liked it to be cleaned before we got there.

Host was very responsive when we ran into a few hiccups during our stay. I fully believe our home was not cleaned thoroughly before we arrived, but that is in no way our host’s fault. The cleaners came by a full 24 hours after our stay so we just decided to let the inside be, we found a broom and swept the sand up from the kitchen and a bathroom. They did however pick up a dirty pair of underwear that was outside the home. Now that the host is aware the home is not being cleaned properly, I’m sure any further issues will be resolved for future vacationers. Oh and a heads up, you’ll get 6 utilities passes. $70 for each additional one you need. Do not bother if it is off season. When we picked up our keys, we were asked if we wanted to buy more passes. Thank goodness we did not, since everything that is offered is currently closed. Communication from vantage should be clearer, but overall we had a great stay. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
