Within a five-minute drive of several parks, bars, eateries, and even a water park, you’re close to all FreeMoreWest has to offer. Venturing out just a little farther will allow you to enjoy all of the sights and sounds of downtown Charlotte. Attend an expo at the Charlotte Convention Center, catch a Panthers game at Bank of America Stadium, or take a campus tour of Johnson & Wales University, all of which are less than seven minutes from your apartment.

What’s more, there are plenty of places to dine, play, and exercise just a short drive from our Kasa. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is only 5 miles away.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- One complimentary parking space is available onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also street parking around our property if you are traveling with more than one vehicle.
- This property does not have luggage storage.

Great Stay and Experience
I arranged for an early check in. Was supposed to receive the credentials to enter early but did not. When I reached out I received an immediate response. Very spacious unit. Large enough that my 2 teens were comfortable and on the opposite side of the unit from me. Wonderful to have 2 separate bathrooms. Spacious kitchen that felt like home. One note, when we first arrived the stove was emitting a sound of warning and we could not use it. It did take a full day before maintenance came to fix it. But if you wanted to cook a fully holiday meal the kitchen stocked of dishes and pots and space would make that possible. Apartment was updated and comfortably furnished. One king bed. 2 single beds and sofa bed. The building is located behind a gate (a little challenging to get in and out). An elevator is available but the stairs were more convenient to the location of our unit and car. The community room/building was well appointed. Pool, workout room, game room, business center (where I was able to print out needed tickets) and just a really nice 2 floor building with several relaxing seating areas. Conveniently located to the downtown area (1.5 miles) and all highways and 6 min away from the airport.

As Expected For The Most Part
Typical corporate apartment - a few minor issues, but after telling the property managers, we were issued a night's refund and a credit for a future stay. That really helped! Thank you.

Bachelor weekend in Charlotte
Overall my stay at this complex was nice. The apartment was built recently and had great showers and space. The beds were nice and comfy. The place was very clean on the inside and it was super nice to have a washer and dryer inside of the unit. The check in process was sort of rough. I was told I'd have codes at 2pm before my checkin at 3 pm. I ended up having to call Kasa at 2:50pm to get my codes sent over. Overall it was nice and I would stay again
