Hot Tub Haven II is a bright and beautiful, multi-level, ski-in/out family retreat located directly in the village centre. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation is right at your fingertips as it is located just a few steps to the new ice rink and all the Sun Peaks village amenities. With a fully equipped kitchen, garage for gear, cable TV/wifi, and patio with BBQ and hot tub with stunning forest and mountain views. Two full bathrooms and two bedrooms with brand new Casper mattresses.

Cozy retreat
We had a fabulous week staying here. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries/requests. The location is a short 3 minute clomp to get on the ski path leading to the Sundance/Sunburst chair lifts. There was more ease to ski back due to the incline from the Village Poma Lift. The heated garage & floors were a bonus. We utilized the sofa bed in the livingroom just for extra space instead of sharing the upstairs with our guests. (We did bring our own sheets for the sofa bed as it isnt an advertised accommodation and we knew this ahead of time.) As there is only one parking spot for this unit, we did have to do a bit of shuffling with vehicles for loading & unloading ski gear, etc. There is an arrangement with the complex right beside to have additional guest parking by providing vehicle make/model & licence plate #). The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans & bowls. The hot tub and gas BBQ were fabulous. The trees provided privacy from the neighbouring complex. Overall, it was a fabulous place to spend a week of skiing. :)

Great stay
This townhouse is in a great location. A short walk on the valley trail will get you to gentle giant for skiing or into the village. Beds are comfortable, heated floors kept our toes warm, and the hot tub was very nice after a day on the skis. 10/1 would bring my family back to this property again.

Exactly what we wanted
Very easy to ski in and ski out. Nothing fancy here but just what we needed. Clean with well stocked kitchen. Rental management company was easy to communicate with.

Great Location!
We stayed in summer for biking. The place was perfect for our family. Garage was great for storing bikes and gear. Hot tub was nice in the evening. Location was great, just a short ride/walk to the village. Would definitely stay here again!
