This is a classic beach cottage with knotty pine tongue-and-groove interior siding. It has been equipped to include everything you will need to enjoy a long and fun-filled vacation at the beach. The oceanfront screened porch is a great place to relax out of the sun and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Or you can enjoy the same breezes on the sun deck while getting a tan. This family beach is seldom crowded and the strand is less than 100 feet from the sun deck. You will never need to lug around your chairs or sand toys to enjoy them on the beach. Amenities include living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus central H/A, five ceiling fans, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a cable TV, a stereo, high-speed WiFi, a screened porch, a sundeck, rockers, and a boardwalk to the beach.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

quick trip for my mom
this cottage was as advertised. nothing fancy. reminded me of may days as a kid staying in a cottage up north on lakes in the Adirondacks. great location. easy access to beach.

Too much money for this house
I didn’t love anything about this house. It appeared to be clean but after further inspection it had dog hair under all the furniture and caked on ceiling Fans. Started to smell after a couple of hours. My nose stopped up every time I walked in and my 5 pound Pomeranian sneezed the entire time. The house it self was hidden behind bushes and you could barely see the ocean. The picture is old and not up to date it shows the bushes but they are very high and obstructing the ocean view. The stove is outdated and I was afraid to use it. The appliances were too old and sketchy for use. The TV was so small and only one in the whole house. It was just way over priced for what it was. I could have gotten a much better more classy updated house for the same price. Next time I will not pick the first thing I look at and pay better attention to what I’m paying for. 30 years of staying on Holden Beach and never been more disappointed.
