About this property

Waters Edge

Waters Edge is a custom house built specifically for entertaining guests for a truly memorable vacation with family or friends.
The house is a open floor plan that flows from the beautiful interior to the amazing exterior and surrounding waterfront.
I created this home for a truly wonderful guest experience. This home is what I have learned during the last 10 years with owning 3 other vacation rentals and managing other properties and I placed it all into this magnificent home.
The home consists of 5,000 sqft of interior space and 1200 sqft of cover porch space along with 800 sqft of sun deck area with a heated pool, plus 1200 sqft of brick patio with a hot tub.

Pool is normally opened mid May and closes in September, all depends on the weather.
Hot Tub is open year round.

*** Listing price is for 8 guests in 4 of the bedrooms. These bedrooms include: First Floor Master, Two Basement Bedrooms and The Loft Bedroom.

There’s an additional fee of $1000 during peak season while the pool is open and $600 in off season when pool is closed. If you choose to have all 7 bedrooms and want to bring more than 8 guests, which brings your total guest amount to 16. The house and property is designed for a maximum occupancy of 16 including any guests that you may have stop over during the day.
Please let me know if you need all 7 bedrooms even if you only have 8 guests. So an additional payment request can be taken care of through the site.

Incredible Stay
The property is more beautiful than the pictures give it justice. We had 4 Couples together celebrating my lady's birthday. There was plenty of space for each couple to have their privacy and alone time as well as for us to come together and hang out collectively. The outdoor space is just as beautiful and inviting as the indoor space. The hot tub is a vibe. We appreciated that Brian thought thoroughly about the details /needs as he built this house and executed it seamlessly to make his guest stays an amazing experience. You can tell that this property is his labor of love. I also appreciated Brian's communication and accommodation. He helped with all of our questions and needs to pull off the birthday celebration. We would definitely choose Water's Edge again!! The only suggestions we can offer to add to this labor of love would be to add Motion light sensors near the garbage cans- It was pitch black when putting trash out at night. And we would've loved screens on the windows/ sliding balcony doors to have an option of fresh air circulating. Our guests who stayed in the basement rooms suggested an area carpet on the floors for when stepping out of bed bc the basement floors are cold.

Perfect Friend Getaway!
Waters Edge was the perfect house for our friends getaway! Very comfortable for 7 couples. The dual range, dual dishwasher, extra large refrigerator, and large ice maker made cooking large meals a much easier task! Brian was a great communicator and very nice. Hope to stay again!

Family Getaway
I booked the Waters Edge as a Christmas gift for my 5 children, their significant others, and 4 grandchildren. We spent 3 nights in this amazing house. Brian really thought of everything when he designed this house. Each couple had their own room and the kids had their own room away from their parents which was great for a good night's sleep. Having a table to fit the 16 of us was wonderful for family dinners. The kitchen was large enough to have several chefs preparing different parts of our meals without getting in each other's way. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, firepit and trains passing by. Accommodating my large family has always been a challenge but this house met our every need and then some. Thank you Brian for creating such an amazing place for large families like mine. Those memories will be with us forever. I hope to return next year.

Waters Edge is incredible home located in a surreal location. This home is brand new, opening to guests the end of June 2021. If you love water and boating with a large or small group or family you found your place.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits, where do we begin. Large open concept house with water views from everywhere. Pool over looking and huge yard with the Susquehanna River as the backdrop. Large covered deck with wet bar, grill and hot tub below on the brick patio.
Chefs dream kitchen with plenty of space to create a masterpiece of a meal for your family to enjoy. Seating for everyone at the custom table to seat 16. Game room in the basement with pool table and bar area to chill at. 7 bedrooms with beds for up to 16 guests.
