Host was rude
This place was not ready for renting. The day we arrived the handyman was in the kitchen with his tools all over the kitchen counter. The whole place smelled musty & it smelled like that for the whole 3 months we were there. It took 5 days to get the plumbing fixed with no hot water in the kitchen. There was no toaster, the microwave didn’t work & we didn’t have the basics to cook with. The host did however supply a toaster, microwave & a set of pots & pans. Also when we arrived we noticed the Arizona room was absolutely filthy. Nothing had been cleaned in there. My husband & I had to wash all the chairs & tables because everything was covered in dust. We washed the living room windows they were so dirty & also the inside of the cupboards & all the dishes. When this was brought to the host's attention she phoned me back with quite an agressive attitude. She kept telling me that she had a 5 star cleaning crew & that they always did a great job. Well that's not the case & I have no reason to lie. The vacuum cleaner did not work well either. It was terribly loud & smelled like something burning when using it. We told the host we couldn't use it. She got very upset with me & told me that nobody had ever complained as much as we had. It's unfortunate because we loved the parc we were in. We made good friends there & would have rented this trailer again if Ms Moore had been more agreeable. Make sure to read the reviews before you rent on VRBO.
