The 2 bathrooms, along with both bedrooms, are located on the first level. This allows for those late-raisers to get up quickly & go! The cabin is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

This condo is surrounded by trees and multiple vantage points allow you to watch the Village Gondola to pass by. The open-floor plan and vaulted ceilings provide ample space, and a large L-shaped couch invites you to settle in and get comfortable. The skylight and balcony provide excellent weather forecast portals. A traditional wood-burning fireplace and large 70" flat-screen Smart TV magnetically draws all individuals to the living room. It is a perfect gathering place to share GoPro videos from a day's activities on the mountain (skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking) or at the lakes (fishing, kayaking, boating).

Featuring a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops as well as updated bathrooms, you will find this condo offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked and welcomes the group chef to bake their magic! Be sure to look out to the kitchen window to see Lincoln Mountain and Chair Lift 22. A 0.3 mile (7-minute) stroll to The Village leaves plenty of options for dining, shopping or grabbing the Gondola to Canyon Lodge for a day on the mountain. Other options to get you on the mountain include a 2-minute walk to 2 Blue Line shuttle stops or the Red Line at the Village for access to other Mammoth Mountain ski lifts.

Guests will sleep on plush mattresses, cozy fresh sheets, new pillows, and a warm large duvet with alternative down filling. Just the right combination for a perfect night's sleep to recharge your body for the next day's adventure. The master bedroom with it's attached bathroom has two separate vanities for ease of use. The sitting bench in the downstairs hallway is perfect for getting ready/putting on ski, snowboards, mountain bike, or hiking books before you head out the door.

Located next to your front door you will find a snowboard closet and a custom hanging ski rack for your convenience. Bedrooms, bathrooms, hallway, entry way and stair railing all have a hefty amounts of hook racks to hang your helmets, jackets, ski clothing, bags and beanie's.

Mammoth Estates Condominiums provides outdoor car parking, community amenities such as a seasonal pool, covered hot tub, facility game room, and a laundry facility. The game room is a great place for the kids to play-out any extra energy from the day.
