Exclusive private beach access! Ground floor condo, clean and fresh.

Great location right in Miramar Beach, just a block from the boardwalk (in a very safe and quiet complex). Master has king bed and smart tv. Second bedroom has queen bed. New West Elm couch and 1 1/2 person chair with ottoman in the living room, deep comfortable seats and extra pillows make this the perfect place to rest and relax after a long day playing outside. We also have a fold-out queen mattress for extra sleeping space in the living room (this is good for kids, but would not be great for adults). This is a ground floor unit so no stairs! Beds and mattresses are new with clean linens. There is a spacious patio for outdoor dining.

Pool within the complex and only a short walk to beautiful sandy beaches. You will have access to a Private Beach Access at Hollywood Rd! This access is only a 5 minute walk from the condo and has much less crowds than the public access at Pompano Joe's!

Nice grass area right out the front door is great for letting the kids run around. Very close to Restaurants, shopping, and the bike path on old 98 (scenic gulf drive) . Home also has a desk with a 20" computer screen so you can easily work remotely (but we hope you don't have to use it too much)!
