2000sq ft home in beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch resort community. Newly update home with resort like backyard. Beds are comfy with upgraded linens and down comforters. Kitchen if fully stocked for cooking and brand new Weber Genesis bbq under lighted cover. Many upgrades throughout. Home is within 1 mile walking distance from South Lake and restaurants. Tennis, pickle ball, miles and miles of walking, biking and hiking trails. 30 minute drive from PHX airport.
*Heated pool is heated with heat pump and will heat according to outdoor ambient temperature.

Spring Training trip
Everything was great with this home and our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to get to Goodyear ballpark. The home was beautiful and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Training Getaway
Very nice neighborhood. Beautiful home. Perfect for a spring training trip. Close to spring training facilities on the west side of the valley. Goodyear. Glendale. Surprise. Very comfortable and clean. Estrella Mountain area is very safe area. Hope to do it again next year.
