B200 Good size efficiency with a queen size bed a full bathroom and good shower and work space and eating table. a half kitchen with hot plate microwave coffee maker toaster pots and pans .The efficency is off las Olas on one of the isles on the water with the use of a shared deck and free kayak for your enjoyment. you can walk to down town lasolas which has lots of restaurants bars and night life or ft Lauderdale beach

This review is for xxxx Hendricks Isle Fort Lauderdale Florida Apartment B only. I did not spend any time in apartments A and C First things first(1) the bed/mattress in my lower back’s opinion is worn out. I always test the firmness of all beds before actually sleeping all night. This is the absolute worst mattress I have encountered so far. There’s a huge depression, sinkhole, in the middle of the mattress. I had sleep facing the headboard that was the best I could do for a night’s rest. (2) the bathroom door was off the track and didn’t have a knob/handle. Everything else was fine. ‘
