Food particulars on the sofa, no toilet tissue in any of the 5 bathroom, not enough towels for guest (took maintenance 2 calls and 4 hours to get supplies to us) toilet seat really really loose, hair around the back of the toilet seat, maintenance man in cabin fixing sink when we arrive at 4 pm (seem like that would have been done that before we arrived, and person that clean should have walk through afterward), was told maintenance was coming to replace broken shelves in refrigerator which never happen, cabin door missing in kitchen, rain in kitchen window (had to keep towel on floor for the water that came in, no drinking glassware, TV”s upstairs in bedroom didn’t”t work (maintenance could not fix, said that the cable box didn’t work) only one trash can on the bottom floor, no mop, finally found broom on bottom floor on balcony. Also no one came up to empty the trash outside. The house is beautiful just need more TLC.

Great location and layout of house! Space and size was perfect. The property definitely needs some maintenance updates… I’ve seen this on some of the reviews. And it seems like some of the same problems still exist. The kitchen cabinet is missing the door, we couldn’t find any cleaning supplies to sweep up or vacuum the floor if needed even though that wasn’t required at checkout, we felt like we should at least sweep up. No dish towels or hand towels in the kitchen, bathrooms, very dated. outside the property has not been cleaned up… Needs to have the drive way area blowed out and debris picked up. My husband picked up a gate that was laying on its side with a screw sticking up. And overlooking the balcony the ground below is very dirty and cluttered with debris. The neighbors doesn’t quite look like that.

They stay was nice, the cabin needs a lot of repair and updating. It needs general maintenance and lawn care on the outside as well. The space and area it provided for our trip was perfect, just needs some TLC and overhauling!

Just needs some attention
The cabin met our needs and gave us a place to stay with a convenient location. However, it is in need of some maintenance. A kitchen cabinet door was completely missing, the sink felt think it might fall through the counter from water damage underneath, and the bathrooms really needed to be cleaned better. With some maintenance, this could be a great property.
