This villa, located in Fréjus, is ideal for 9 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the city, the swimming pool, the mountains and the sea.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, 1 including a double bed and 1 including a single bed and a bunk bed. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a bathtub and a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a dryer, a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, central heating, air conditioning, a desk, a fan andundefined.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 3 % per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 80€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 4 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 50€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
One bedroom is a studio located below the main house.
