Filled with locally-sourced decor and stocked with modern amenities, our home is perfect for families, friends, or colleagues visiting The Hostess City of the South.

Guest Access:
The entire carriage house is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that the courtyard and pool are amenities shared with the main house at the front of the property. Please also note that we do not allow events or parties at this property including bachelor/ette parties. Violation of this policy can result in immediate eviction without refund.

The Neighborhood:
The Beach Institute neighborhood is an architectural and cultural gem. Beautiful historic homes line the lush, green streets and the atmosphere is vibrant and creative. Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.

Please also note that one-night stays on the weekend or reservations that start or end on a Saturday may be subject to an additional fee.

This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises.  As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises.  Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host.  Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment.  Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein.  This is not a pet friendly property.  Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
