Cozu-Melted The Sun has neutral décor that gives a fresh and relaxing vibe to this home’s living area. The open concept floor plan allows a great flow for guest to enjoy the kitchen, dining and living areas. Entertain in style. Sink into the lavish living room sleeper sofa and unwind with a family movie on the large 55” smart flat-screen television.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, 40” smart TV with a private en-suite and a private patio. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed, 40” smart TV and a private patio. The guest bedroom shares the hall bathroom.

After a fun day in Port A, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool. Enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and everything that Port A has to offer.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed.

Other Things to Note:
ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.
• Every home has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basics including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and keurig.
• A starter setup of two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent pods, dish soap and sponge (we suggest you bring additional of these items).
• Parking is included at every property, but make sure you understand exactly how many vehicles can park at the property you’re renting.

Port Aransas stay
This is our second time we have stayed at this condo but in a different unit. Was a great place to stay for our 2 night stay. Didn’t realize it was March break when we booked so it was a little noisy as the floor above had heavy feet and voices. But other wise it was convenient and worked for us.

Great spot for a weekend in Port A
We had a great time at this place. Kids enjoyed the pool and the location. We missed an outdoor shower/faucet to avoid entering the property full of sand. Everything else was perfect!

Pool was very small. Pictures made it look big. Really! Needed cleaning. (The pool) Didn’t realize it was an apartment. Probably my error. Stayed on first floor..upstairs neighbors were very heavy footed!! Bought a baking sheet and left it there. Back door would not lock. Had A/C issues but were taken care of promptly. Really need hooks to hang towels.

Pictures are accurate and place is very clean. Close walk or drive to the beach. Management was very responsive. Only issue, which nothing could be done about is you can hear every step, movement and noise from the condo above us.
