This house, located in Amelia, is ideal for 9 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 13 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the lake and the city.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom with toilet and a shower, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 1 including a double bed The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a toilet.
The house features a fan, central heating, ironing equipment, cleaning products, a desk, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 10€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed.
Availability of a packed lunch made from local products on request at an additional price. Additional fireplace à 20€ per day with wood.

Quality time in a Quality place
Wonderful location with all you may need. The house is very close to the city center and once you are there you can forget to use your car. Fiorella and her wonderful mother will assist you for any need in a very nice atmosphere.

AMELIA E I SAPORI DI UN TEMPO
La villa è luminosa e accogliente. Il silenzio e la calma circondano la casa. Le camere sono pulite in maniera impeccabile. Noi avevamo la camera al primo piano con affaccio sul giardino e vista sul bel panorama. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo e le lenzuola profumano delicatamente. Il bagno piccolino, ma attrezzato di ogni cosa: sapone, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli ecc. La colazione mi mancherà. La Sig.ra Fiorella ogni mattina ci ha fatto trovare il tavolo imbandito di ogni meraviglia: yogurt, brioches calde, frutta, torte, marmellata, miele e nutella. Ci ha fatto anche assaggiare i salumi del posto prodotti dalla loro azienda familiare. Non ho potuto fare a meno di acquistare da loro capocollo e porchetta per portare a casa un po’ di Umbria genuina. È stato un meraviglioso soggiorno. Fiorella e sua madre sono quelle persone meravigliose che accrescono il valore dei viaggi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un B&B dal sapore del tempo passato
La villa: molto accogliente, la realtà supera di gran lunga le foto pubblicate. La colazione: all'aperto sotto il gazebo; il dolce, il salato, la frutta: per un po' di giorni si può dire addio alla linea. I salumi di Golfredo e della sua azienda di famiglia del B&B: prodotti per buongustai; i formaggi non le abbiamo ancora assaggiati. Il tutto contornato dai borghi, dalle città d'arte, dai paesaggi e dalla cascata delle Marmore (la cascata più lunga d'Europa) della bassa Umbria (mi si passi il termine) che è tutta da vedere e da gustare con calma

Fantastico !!!!
Bellissimo B&B in ottima posizione vicino al centro di Amelia. E' una vera e propria villa su più piani con un bel giardino, camere grandi, soggiorno, terrazza con sdraio con vista panoramica sul paese; cucina a disposizione, tutto arredato in legno con gusto, raffinatezza, massima pulizia e cura dei minimi dettagli. I gestori sono di una gentilezza assoluta. La colazione in giardino è stata favolosa e veramente chic.

Splendido!
Splendido bed and breakfast nel cuore dell'Umbria con vista su Amelia. Accoglienza deliziosa, titolari disponibili, gentili e simpatiche. Conosco bene l'Umbria per vicende personali e lavorative ed è un posto assolutamente bello, riposante, tranquillo, da turismo culturale. Ideale anche per scrivere, leggere, studiare. Consigliatissimo!
