Gorgeous 3800 sqft, 5 bedroom home with stunning views of Kalamalka Lake. This custom built home boasts expansive decks and lake views from 3 out of 5 bedrooms as well as lake views from the open concept kitchen/dining/living room and the downstairs workout/living area. This home is filled with natural light from the huge wall to wall windows on both levels.

The main level is an open concept floor plan and has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a living room and a dining room as well as a laundry room and coffee bar.

The Primary bedroom is also on the main level and has a King sized bed, 55" TV, attached bathroom with soaker tub, walk in shower, double vanity and walk in closet. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and seating area off the primary bedroom as you take in the stunning views.

A second small bedroom with a twin sized bed and a seperate powder room also make up the main level of this home.

The basement doesn't feel like a basement with its10ft high ceilings. It has 3 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 with beautiful lake views and the 3rd with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The basement also has an exercise area, second living room and a games room with a pool table, foosball table, sitting area and large TV.

A short walk or drive and you have access to 2 beaches. The Pumphouse Beach is a more quiet, secluded beach and can be accessed through the trail system or Kal Beach is roughly 1.2 km away by car (less if on foot). Whether you walk or drive you will be at either of them in 5-10 mins. The Rail Trail is also a few short steps away from the property and you can bike all along beautiful Kalamalka Lake to Wood Lake and further South.

This home is our second home and we plan on making it our full time retirement home in a few years. This is NOT a party house and any excessive noise or complaints will not be tolerated. We hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Amazing Views
This property was truly outstanding. The views from the main floor as well as the lower floor were breathtaking. The house was very clean and well appointed. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. With family from BC, Alberta and Ontario, staying here only enhanced our summer family get together. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested.

Great location overlooking a lake and hillsides. Spacious interior. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Plenty of leisure and entertainment options for our 3 generation family.
