This studio apt. Is beautiful with an Island Vibez feeling, Less than 2 mins. Walk from the beach through the cool mangroves.
5 mins. Walk, run or cycle our breathtaking paved inlet across from Peanut and Palm Beach Islands. After a long day at the beach you can grab a bite and a cool drink from the various restaurants on the strip which is a 10 minute walk. Pool hall, Karaokee, dance and bar at Seaside. For a more creative scene of art and culture Northwood 15 mins drive. 20min to downtown West Palm Beach City Place and Clematis for the club scene, movie theatre. Restaurants and so much more. We are also available to pick you up and drop you off to any of the destinations in the west palm beach area for an affordable fee.

Location…location…location!
My husband and I spent a month in this charming rental. A teenage grandson visited for a week. There was plenty of room and lots to do in quaint/bustling Palm Beach Shores and the surrounding area. Karen and Leon are very welcoming and helpful. We had no issues about anything! It was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful beach, quiet neighborhood, restaurants within walking distance. We loved the month we spent here and will definitely do it again!

Perfect place in paradise
My sister and I recently stayed in this studio apartment and loved it. It was very close to the beach and there was a lovely walking path to get there. It was truly paradise! Karen was also very flexible when I had to make an adjustment to the itinerary. Thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful.

This property is very close to the beach, and the owner provided all beach amenities. Studio is very clean. Cons: the windows do not open; noisy, old style window air conditioner. There are no drawers: dining table is difficult to use, because it is regular height, but the stools are counter height.

Great location and Cozy!
This unit was perfect for our purpose. Great location. Walking distinct to everything... 2 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins to the restaurants, 15-20 mins walk to convenient store. The unit itself is cozy and serve the purpose. It has everything you need. The property manager is easy accessible. The on-site assistant is very helpful. Neighbors are very nice. Thanks for the wonderful week.

Walk to beach across the street. Restaurants/bar close by. Karen supplied eveything you need....beach chairs, beach towels, sun tan lotion 👍...Big fridge, kitchenette with cooking/eating supplies. Wonderful host!!! Highly Recomend!!! Thank you Karen & Leroy

We choose this place because of the friendly and safe Neighbourhood. Plus it’s just 2 minutes from the beach, and after a long day of work it’s refreshing to come home to the laid back island living. Plus, It has all of the island Vibez from back home and is so nostalgic.

What makes this property unique

This place is centrally located Restaurants are within walking distance, state park is 10 minutes and Gardens Mall is 15 minutes away this is heading north. Then heading south 15 Min from Downtown West Palm and 20min from PBI Airport.
