The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Libération, a popular and lively neighborhood where you will find a large open-air market on the Place Charles de Gaulle. Open in the morning, from Monday to Sunday, it is an attraction in the city of Nice not to be missed as the atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. You will frequently hear nisarte spoken, which gives this market a typical character.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Valrose Université, is just a 4-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that no parties are allowed on the property, and no animals.
