Hi! Welcome to our dream home! We are your hosts Dave and Karen. We trust that you will love our home. We live in the midwest and Cape Coral is our escape from the cold Winters. We also love to meet people and travel so we RV with our Goldendoodles when we are not at home.
Why they chose this property
The Orchid Lighthouse home is located on a 200 foot wide canal that is very deep. You can see Ocean life, including dolphins, manatees , stingrays, tarpon and many other fish right from the dock. By water it is just a short boat ride directly out to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico!. Sanibel beaches, Ft Myers beach and the intercoastal waterways are an explorers dream come true!
What makes this property unique
Tranquility of the calm water on morning sunrises sipping your morning coffee. Cooking in the well appointed kitchen with water views. Relaxing and playing in the heated pool with a waterfall and sitting ledge. Dozens of great local restaurants. Sunset toasts and then relax poolside after a busy day. The Lighthouse is a replica of The Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Welcome aboard!
