Small, cosy, rustic country house "Cuzac", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Labastide-Murat, 25 km from the centre of Rocamadour, 32 km from the centre of Cahors, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km.
"Cuzac (LMU400)", 3-room house 50 m2 on 3 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, rustic and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, combination microwave) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Lage
Das Haus liegt ganz einsam an Rande von Labastide- Murat. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten im Ort mit Bäcker, Fleischer , Supermarkt. Gastronomie ist in der Hochsaison ein bisschen problematisch, da muss man ab und zu ein bisschen suchen bzw. ein paar Kilometer fahren. Das Haus ist sehr schön, extrem sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Treppen sind sehr eng und steil. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jolie petite location au milieu de la nature comme on aime ! Nous recommandons pour les amoureux de grands espaces avec une vue époustouflante sur la nature environnante.
