LOCATION…. at the base of the medieval hilltop city and within walking distance to the local market each Saturday and frequent nocturnal markets during July and August . ABOUT THE HOUSE…... situated between Cordes and Les Cabannes , next door to the principal house , with an independent entrance . On the ground floor you will find a living and dining area and a kitchen , fully equipped including a dishwasher . On the first floor is the bathroom and bedroom with air conditioning .OUTSIDE…… close to many walking tracks and footpaths is an independent terrasse to enjoy a fabulous view of Cordes with a glass of local wine .If you like a stylish space and enjoy beautiful countryside with easy walks to the local brewery or restaurants this undiscovered part of France is worth a visit . CLOSE BY ….. A 25 min drive away is the unique city of Albi , listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site , discover the Sainte-Cécile cathedral , Toulouse Lautrec Museum , cafés , restaurants and cobbled streets with many boutiques . A typical Sunday morning is a drive to St. Antonin Noble Val to shop for supplies or gifts in the fabulous market and enjoy a coffee or rosé watching the world go by. Gaillac , famous for its wine is a 20 min drive away with many wineries hosting tastings and tours , many of the local wineries host apéro concerts evening during the high season a very popular way to end your day and then there’s Toulouse , an hour and a half drive , the vibrant , busy Toulouse hosts many restaurants , bars and shopping options to enjoy.
