Perfect Home Base in Scottsdale
Our group (2 couples) chose this property based on proximity to Oldtown Scottsdale. The property exceeded our expectations - it was perfect for 2 couples and could have easily accommodated a third. Bedrooms were of a substantial size and the house had lots of space including 2 living rooms. The yard was perfect with lots of seating. The house was spotless and everything was in good working order. The location was also great - 30 minute walk to the Fashion Mall and slightly shorter Oldtown Scottsdale. If you prefer to Uber it was less than $10. The house was about a 12 minute drive to everywhere else we wanted to be. Eric and Susie were great hosts and provided a list of must visit spots for shopping and dining. We would definitely choose this house on return trips to the area.

Girls Trip!
5 college friends reunited in the desert and this property was perfect for us! Great amenities, close enough to all the action but also far enough away that you felt like you had your own place. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great Gathering Place
We rented this place for 3 days during the Final Four. We had family in from all over and staying at different spots in Scottsdale. This place was great for us to gather, play cards, sit by the fire pit and enjoy the hot tub. The properly is very nicely maintained with comfortable furniture through out the property. They thought of everything, plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub, plastic glasses for outside, lots of dishes and silverware for larger groups. I really appreciated how well lit the property was at night. It was easy for friends and family to find the place. Check in and check out were a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
