Spacious and modern, this corner unit overlooks the beautiful golf course and the mountains behind. This multi-level villa has no units above or below so it is both quiet and private. Located just outside the Kings and Queens Marketplaces, you're only minutes from shopping and fun.

Enter the foyer and through the hall to the spacious great room with a fully equipped granite and stainless kitchen, dining area with seating for 8, living room and trellis covered lanai. Conveniently located downstairs for the elderly or for wheelchair access, the first guest bedroom has views of the lush landscaping and includes a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a second guest bedroom and bath, cozy loft area with comfy daybed, and a large Master Suite with soaking tub, separate shower, and walk in closet. As an end unit, there is an abundance of windows bringing in natural light and offering sit-down views from many vantage points. Fairway Villas is situated very close to several beaches only a short 5 to 15 minute drive away, depending on your desired activity (swimming, snorkeling, diving, etc). Within walking distance is the ancient Hawaiian petroglyph trail, the Kings and Queens Marketplaces offering several shops, grocery store, dining and special events, such as a Farmer's Market and live entertainment.

The rental is fully equipped with beach essentials including chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. As a guest at Fairway Villas you will have access to all the amenities the community has to offer.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags.

Feb.2023 two week stay by 4 friends.
Loved the space and the bathrooms to adjoining bedrooms. Location was just right and it was very quiet. The pictures on the site are a bit misleading; this is a dated home but we understand will be undergoing renovations in March 2023. They are badly needed. The two paisley chairs in the living room are very badly stained and worn as is the carpet throughout. It could have been much cleaner and the kitchen cutlery was a bit skimpy. We reported light bulb outages and did have one visit from FIrst Realty rep.but it was not resolved for our visit (but I will say that we said it was not huge problem for us at the time.) Hopefully post renovations this will be a more modern and cleaner rental.
