Perfect Rental, Perfect Location
I stayed with my husband, three children, and medium sized dog in this house in the Heights, in August 2023. The house surpassed our expectations--the pictures don't do it justice. Clean, spacious, countless amenities, and prompt, helpful communications with Tom, the owner. The location can't be beat--views of the pond from the back of the house and a 5 minute walk tops to the beach. We have rented on the Cape every summer for the past decade and this is our favorite rental so far. We will definitely rent here again.

Family wedding retreat
When my daughter expressed the desire to have her dog be part of her wedding I set out to find a home that would accommodate pets while meeting other desires (central air, multiple bathrooms, close to Falmouth Heights). House was extremely clean, neighborhood was great! Enjoyed daily 12 min walks to Black Dog Cafe for morning coffee or to rent bikes. Perfect retreat in the days before & after the wedding!
