Jolie petite maison bien équipée
Emplacement idéal si l'on veut être proche de la ville de Capbreton, océan à proximité en voiture. Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain très fonctionnelle et chambres confortables. Sul bémol inhérent à la saison (Pâques): nous avons eu un peu froid et avons beaucoup dû chauffer (radiateurs électriques). Aussi, si vous surfez: garage pour ranger le matériel et jet d'eau à l'extérieur pour rincer les combis. Très pratique :)

Maison bien équipée mais manque de luminosité (et il y a beaucoup de nuages au bord de l'océan!). Bruit tard le soir en provenance du camping à l'arrière. Prix trop élevé au vu de cet inconvénient.

Maison qui correspond à la description, dans un quartier très calme et très bien situé, à proximité du centre de Capbreton à pied. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait : choses toutes bêtes mais davantage de couverts et de plats seraient appréciés pour une location pour 4 personnes, un porte serviette dans la salle de bain qui est peu équipée pour 4, du matériel pour étendre le linge plus récent (tanquarville bancal et très peu de pinces à linge), coût du WiFi exorbitant...

Conforme pour 4 personnes , située au calme.
× Revoir le pare douche et l"abattant des toilettes qui ne tiennent pas. × dans la chambre à 2 lits, des tables de nuit seraient beaucoup mieux qu'un pouf sur lequel on ne peut rien poser Celle en place pourrait également etre remplacee à moindre frais. × le parasol est petit et une baleine se défait régulièrement. La propreté sanitaires, cuisine et la literie . Bien Les plinthes poussiéreuses, nous doutons de la désinfection... Nous notons cette location Bien.
