This 1st floor corner unit condo has been totally updated and is located in a lovely private community. This unit offers a spacious living room with ample seating. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. Queen fold-out sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There is also a dressing area with a separate vanity. The fully furnished kitchen is updated with all stainless appliances. Slide back the glass doors and step into your own private, furnished lanai with a view of the 7th fairway of a professionally maintained 9-hole Par 3 golf course. Included with this rental is a washer/dryer, cable/internet and TV in the bedroom and living room. The community features 3 heated swimming pools, spa, gym/fitness center, lighted hard & clay tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, club house, ocean front restaurant (currently closed), food trucks, and 3000 feet of private beach. Easter 2024 vacation
Wonderful overall accommodations. The Bose stereo was a big plus for us. We like listening to music more than watching tv. Loved sitting out on the patio, drinking our morning coffee and listening to music. Also king size bed was super comfy.

Golf Villas 5200
We stayed almost 3 months at this lovely unit and enjoyed the location above all. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to Carmen pool made it a pleasant stay. We could watch the 8th hole easily and because it has a lanai we could put our bikes there if it rained. The king bed was very comfortable also. Thank you, Penny and Jeff!

Beautiful Ocean Village and Golf villa 5216
Well furnished and well kept villa.. 1st floor villa and Golf course just out porch door. Beach,golf , tennis also a short walk. Central location on property for restaurant, too. Easy communication with owner if needed. Very accommodating to our needs.

Just as described with a well stocked kitchen
We were very pleased with our recent stay at Ocean Village Golf Villa. At first, we were disappointed that the main pool and hot tub area were under construction, which was not mentioned in the listing, however, we were delightfully surprised with the large and conveniently located alternative pool (s) , which were easily accessed from our condo. We are physically active and happened upon a water aerobics class the first day we arrived. I attended almost every day!. The beautiful beach was steps away and was often times unoccupied for great distances north and south. A very wide beach we walked for miles daily. The island Bar and Grill is excellent with a fun bar and outdoor dining. The condo was perfect, with a very well stocked kitchen including spices, utencils and pots and pans; perfect for a couple who likes to also prepare meals while on vacay. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and ample linens were also a huge plus. We will return! Thank you to our hosts. They were very informative and easy to work with. Laura D.
