**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the water, in the gated Laguna Harbor subdivision, and sleeps 12 people. Step outside on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee in the Gulf breeze.
Enjoy beautiful water views from anywhere on the deck. Modern style kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook a wonderful family meal or just a quick snack. (Keurig coffee machine) Relax in the spacious living room while enjoying TV and free WIFI. Pack n Play and highchair for babies! Work remote friendly - bring your laptop and plug into 34 inch monitor.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed with en suite bathroom and a door to the deck outside. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a double-over-double bunkbed and a twin bed.

Downstairs, there is an outdoor shower, picnic table and new charcoal BBQ pit available to use. After catching your limit of fish pull your boat right up to house and tie off to the boat slip. Kids and adults will love fishing right outside of this cabin. 2 kayaks with lifejackets, are available for use.
This cabin is ideal for anyone who enjoys the peace and quiet of the water and fishing. This house is a Bayside Fishing Dream!

Small dogs (up to 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Very nice and relaxing weekend
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was very clean, my grandkids had fun fishing off the dock and kayaking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be renting this property again.

Amazing property minutes from beach
The only complaint I have regarding my stay would be the check in process as it’s fairly inconvenient to drive 11 miles out of the way to pick up key to property and again 11 miles out of the way to drop key off. Surely this could be streamlined somehow. Other than that the property was immaculate, spacious and overall amazing.
