Great property, poor maintenance and service.
We have stayed at Woodrun three times and this was unfortunately not a good experience for us. When we arrived, we reported that the main bedroom toilet was not working, the guest room tub was not draining properly and the bedsheets in one of the downstairs rooms were not clean. Although we reported this when we arrived, it took a lot of follow up and 3 days to get these issues addressed. There was no sense of service or urgency by the property management to address these issues in a timely manner and we would have expected some sort of an apology or compensation for these issues during our stay. I hope this review is taken as constructive and acted upon.
