Charming pre-war 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage remodeled in May 2021 on Hospital Hill, ¾ mile to Historic Downtown Flagstaff (15 minute walk), Historic Route 66, ¼ mile to grocery store (5 minute walk), Northern Arizona University 1 ¼ miles (25 minute walk) and steps to the Flagstaff Medical Center. Hardwood floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances. TVs in living room & every bedroom w/streaming WiFi. All bedrooms have king beds. Large fenced back yard.

Great stay!
Great little house close to town. LOVE that all three rooms had king beds and a bathroom! Great fenced yard for the pups. Rich was the best we’ve had at communicating!

A NOHO gem in Flag
For our group it was perfect. Though close to hospital the cottage was quiet and extremely accessible. Perfect yard for the dog. All 3 baths were adequate and updated (though a bit short on shelf space). Big wow for the oversized washer and dryer! Great caring owner.

A few bumps but the property manager was very responsive so no complaints from me!

Great Location- Clean Home
House was super clean and looked newly refurbished. Loved having a fenced-in yard for our pets. Close to all amenities and ideal location if you need to partake of any of the numerous medical facilities nearby.

We enjoy travel and Flagstaff is our favorite quick getaway when our homes aren't booked up. We love VRBO homes when taking big trips stateside and overseas.

The Beaver Street Cottage is extremely well located just north of the hospital – NoHo – in an enchanting neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown, groceries, and restaurants.

This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed before the second world war, yet you’ll find an updated kitchen with modern appliances, air conditioning, and Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.
