This 3500 sq. ft. home is located on the North End of Carolina beach near the fishing pier. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is walking distance from public beach access. It includes views of both the beach and the bay! Perfect for a family getaway.

Sleeps 12: One King bed, three Queen beds and four Twin beds. Two full bathrooms on the main floor and two full bathrooms on the top floor. Two laundry rooms: one on the main level and the other on the top floor. Spacious kitchen with a large island. Bonus room includes its own kitchenette. Parking for 5 vehicles.

Newly updated: 1st floor painted, new water heater and new furnishings.

Deferred maintenance
The exterior and interior have quite a bit of deferred maintenance. The home is spacious and that suited our large family but the furnishings were sparse. Not enough dining space for 10 people. One broken bar stool was in the corner when we arrived. Lots of light bulbs were burned out. Interior painting needs some work. Kitchen was well stocked. Bonus room with ping pong and foosball was great for the kids. Furniture on front porch was not in good condition and was not what was pictured. Parking was great which is hard to come by at this beach! Although some things did not meet our expectations, we had a good stay!

Beautiful place to stay
We loved the location of this property! The condo itself was huge and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool table/foozball table. There were just a few minor construction items that need wrapped up but the owner said they are worked to get everything completed. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Matt!
