Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

Short Stay
Just needed a few days to myself. The location was perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants within walking distance on a nice sunny day. Definitely will be staying again if available. I had to re-schedule for a later date and the owner work with me on rescheduling; which was much appreciated.

This was a great place for us to get away. Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to the best restaurants and downtown is a short walk away over the Bridge of Lions. Lots of room in this updated upstairs condo!

Middle of everything such a great place
We really enjoyed our stay in the upstairs apartment. It is within walking distance of the Lion's Bridge so a short walk over the bridge and you are right there at the shopping district so no need to pay for parking if you don't mind walking. If you don't mind paying for parking, everything is only a 5 minute drive. We ate at Sarbez and played some pinball, then on our last day we ate at O'Steen's, both are only a 10 minute walk. The bed is okay, my wife and I slept comfortably, it was a King size single mattress of memory foam. We prefer a box spring and coil mattress, but again for a few nights it's fine. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the complimentary snacks and water was a nice touch. Everything was clean and ready. We rented a pontoon from Grant at Wake 2 Wake for 2 hours that was also enjoyable. We would definitely do this again. Thank you for your hospitality! Greg and Nina.

Fantastic Stay
Would definitely recommend. The place was spotless, so many wonderful small touches to make our stay easier. Location is fantastic - we walked easily to the historic district each morning across the bridge and it was a quick drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood too. The host was very communicative and responsive.

Nice place but not comfortable for us
Very clean, beautifully renovated. But we never felt alone there. We could hear the conversations of the people below, which made us feel the need to whisper to each other for privacy, which is not relaxing at all. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. Outdoor space didn't feel welcoming or private. Location was excellent. Overall lovely apartment, but never felt 100% comfortable there.

Our Stay...
This was our first visit to St. Augustine. The location of this home was key to a very enjoyable stay! Our days were spent roaming Anastasia Island; beach, lighthouse, biking and kayaking. In the early evenings we would walk across the Bridge of Lions to explore the downtown and have dinner! The walk, and views, enhanced our stay! Chris answers all questions, including great restaurant suggestions.

Perfect weekend getaway
This property is the perfect size for a couple and is only walking distance to downtown (super cool to turn a corner and be able to walk over the bridge), as well as just a few minute drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our little weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet as well. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

the apartment was charming ,spacious and so comfortable. Chris was so fast at communicating when we arrived an hour early he said we were fine to check in as all was ready. he had supplied everything down to toiletries, kitchen roll, dishwasher pods etc It was amazing value for money and in a great location you are able to walk across the bridge and look to the right as you might be lucky to see the dolphins. strongly recommend this place

Great Place Great Location
This is a perfect place for an active couple. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood just a casual walk to all the activities in old town. It’s great because you don’t have to find some place to park. Just leave your car at the rental and walk across the bridge. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. It was clean and comfortable. The island offers great places to eat. Some in walking distance. The island has miles of beaches to enjoy as well as other attractions. Chris is a great host and offered to make suggestions on places to go for fun. We were happy that we chose this rental and would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars all around!!
My fiance and I had such a wonderful time staying here! It was the perfect place and we felt very safe. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% walking distance, especially for us ladies that like to wear heels or something for dinner. But very easy to get an Uber to go to dinner or drive to the downtown area. I would suggest walking in the morning for coffee or something when you have comfortable clothes and shoes! We didn’t mind driving over at all. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend to our friends and family!!

My now husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding through the end of the week and it was a great experience. Plenty of space for the two of us. Great location, just a quick drive over the bridge to get to the main downtown area.

Beautiful apartment furnished with anything you need. Owner even provides a you tube TV subscription which enables full television viewing along with TV guide. Loved the short walk over beautiful bridge to all downtown attractions.

Great property. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Augustine. Only issue we encounter was the door lock code that we were provided did not work when we arrived. Owner answered the phone right away and provided us with a code to access the apartment. Would definitely stay there next time we visit!

We loved the location! It was great for bike riding on the back roads and found our way to several spots on Anastasia Island while biking. Walked across the bridge of lions to downtown historic area. Parked our car and biked or walked most of our 6 day visit. Quiet neighborhood after being in the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay here again if in the area.
