DOWNTOWN DOVER: Directly outside your door you will find plenty of sites, shops, & restaurants! You’ll discover amazing locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – as well as breweries, museums, barber shops, and live entertainment.

THE RIVERWALK: An attractive stroll in the middle of one of NH Seacoast’s busiest cities. This 1200 foot walk follows an oxbow river bend around a former mill building.

DOVER COMMUNITY TRAIL: A multi-use trail with breathtaking views of the Cocheco and Bellamy Rivers. You'll find ample scenic views, points of interest, and convenient access points along the 6.4 mile stretch. Opportunities for bicycling, walking, hiking, bird watching, and fishing. The trail is comprised of two sections: a paved urban section stretching three-quarters of a mile from the Transportation Center to Fisher Street, and a natural section, two and a half miles long following the Cocheco River from Beckwith Ballfields to Watson Road.

GARRISON HILL TOWER: Second only to Mount Agamenticus, the tower atop Garrison Hill is the best place to take in the entire seacoast region. Quiet and clean apartment
Apartment is on the second floor and I had a little difficulty carrying my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, apartment was just as advertised. There is only room for two to eat at the kitchen breakfast bar, and the coffee maker uses regular coffee, not k-cups. Place was beautifully clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The location is great. I walked two blocks to the Thirsty Moose restaurant one evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay
Big old house converted into apartments. Old and well worn, but our apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location near downtown Dover. Convenient parking. Helpful hosts who provided great restaurant tips. Note that check-in info was not provided until day of arrival. Not a problem, just not what we're used to on VRBO. We'd definitely stay here again when in Dover. Recommended!

Cute and clean apartment
Reservation process was easy and very accommodating. The apartment was very clean with a quaint charm. The only negative aspect was the traffic noise and there’s also a train station close by
