Upscale Luxury Unit ~ 5 Blocks From The Stadium ~ Roof Top Deck!

This is a newly decorated, upscale, 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo/ flat on the 3rd floor accessible by an elevator that opens into the foyer of the unit... with security code access. It is beautifully furnished with a roof-top deck on the 4th floor that has a view of the stadium which is 5 blocks away.

The open air deck is perfect for entertaining with lounge chairs, fire pit, tables and chairs, TV, refrigerator and sink for your entertaining needs. The deck is shared with Flat #1 & #2. The King and the Queen bedrooms both have their own bathroom. The Twin room shares the full bath in the hallway. There is also outside deck off of the living room.

Three reserved parking spots are provided. If you are not familiar with the area, it is 5 houses south of J.D.'s Market on Paul Bryant Drive.

Pure Perfection!
We had the absolute best time staying at this gorgeous property. The location was huge - we walked pretty much all over campus, and it was especially nice after game day! I loved the completely stocked kitchen. I was able to make some home cooked meals for my freshman daughter. The beds were dreamy and I’m even on the hunt to buy the same sheets! The cherry on top were all the little extras. Drinks and treats left for us. Texts to be sure we were good. I cannot say enough good things. Jeanie, the property manager, was so kind and generous. We will be calling again!!!
